一、工作技能
1、 Job skills
企業(yè)通過面試旨在尋找符合招聘需求的人才,因此與工作有關的技能和經驗便是面試官考察面試的。這些方面主要包括以下方面:

二、個人能力

求職者的個人能力也是面試人員考察的要素之一。一般的用人單位都希望求職者具備以下個人能力:

語言表達:考察求職者是否能夠準確地表達自己的想法,語言表達能力強,有助于工作溝通中事半功倍。

綜合分析:考察求職者是否有縝密的理性思維,能夠抓住問題的本質,條理清晰,方法得當。

三、儀表風度
3、 Instrument demeanor
面試官還會通過言談舉止、精神面貌和著裝儀表等一些細小的方面來考察求職者的脾性、態(tài)度等,故這種小細節(jié)是求職者在面試時不容忽視的。
The interviewer will also investigate the applicant's temperament, attitude and so on through some small aspects, such as speech and behavior, mental outlook and dress appearance, so this kind of small details can not be ignored in the interview.
