時間對每個人都是公平的。當我們抱怨命運不公的時候,不妨好好把握自己的時間。進行有效的時間管理才能有機會追趕。作為獵頭顧問剛剛入職可能按照主管的要求被動的接受要在什么時間要做什么。但當我們入職一段時間后,對工作流程有所了解的時候,我們就需要開始精打細算做自己的時間安排了。
Time is fair to everyone. When we complain about the unfair fate, we may as well make good use of our time. Effective time management is the only way to catch up. As a headhunting consultant, he may passively accept when and what to do according to the requirements of his supervisor. But when we get to work for a period of time, we need to start to plan our own time.
以下有幾個建議:

一、設立明確的目標
1、 Set clear goals
時間管理的目的是讓你在短時間內實現更多你想要實現的目標。把今年度的4到10個目標寫出來,找出一個核心目標,并依次排列重要性,然后依照你的目標設定詳細的計劃,并依照計劃進行。

二、學會列清單
2、 Learn to make a list
把自己所要做的每一件事情都寫下來,列一張總清單,這樣做能讓你隨時都明確自己手頭上的任務。在列好清單的基礎上進行目標切割。

1.將年度目標切割成季度目標,列出清單,每一季度要做哪一些事情;

2.將季度目標切割成月目標,并在每月初重新再列一遍,遇到有突發(fā)事件而更改目標的情形時及時調整過來;

三、做好“時間日志”

你花了多少時間在哪些事情,把它詳細地,記錄下來,找一個目標簡歷的時間、一次聯系人選溝通的時間、做一個推薦報告的時間一一記錄下來,做了哪些事,你會發(fā)現浪費了哪些時間。當你找到浪費時間的根源,你才有辦法改變。

四、制訂有效的計劃

絕大多數難題都是由未經認真思考慮的行動引起的。在制訂有效的計劃中每花費1小時,在實施計劃中就可能節(jié)省3-4小時,并會得到更好的結果。如果你沒有認真作計劃,那么實際上你正計劃著失敗。

五、遵循20:80定律

用你80%的時間來做20%重要的事情。生活中肯定會有一些突發(fā)困擾和迫不及待要解決的問題,如果你發(fā)現自己天天都在處理這些事情,那表示你的時間管理并不理想。一定要了解,對你來說,哪些事情是很重要的,是有生產力的。成功者往往花較多時間在做重要但不是緊急的事情,而一般人往往將緊急但不重要的事放在頭位。因此,必須學會如何把重要的事情變得緊急。
Spend 80% of your time doing 20% of the important things. There are bound to be some unexpected troubles and problems that can't wait to be solved. If you find yourself dealing with these things every day, it means that your time management is not ideal. Be sure to understand what is important and productive for you. Successful people tend to spend more time on important but not urgent things, while most people tend to put urgent but not important things in the first place. Therefore, we must learn how to make important things urgent.
六、安排“不被干擾”時間
6、 Schedule "undisturbed" time
假如你每天能有一個小時完全不受任何人干擾地思考一些事情,或是做一些你認為很重要的事情,這一個小時可以抵過你的工作效率,甚至可能比三天的工作效率還要好。
If you can have an hour every day to think about something completely without interference from anyone, or to do something that you think is very important, this hour can be equivalent to your work efficiency in one day, or even better than that in three days.
