一、客戶職位資料

候選人需要盡量了解這個職位的信息、雇主資料,所以獵頭對客戶了解越詳細,就越能找到說服候選人的點。一般需要HR提供:

保證期離職意味著獵頭幾個月來的工作付之東流,所以獵頭公司很在意對離職原因的界定。一般會說明:試用期內(nèi)由于非客戶原因?qū)е乱耀C頭推薦人才解除勞動關(guān)系,獵頭會承諾免費為客戶繼續(xù)推薦該職位人才。本保證范圍不包括甲方因經(jīng)營方針變化或者經(jīng)營狀況變化導(dǎo)致的裁員,或者因為合同期內(nèi)甲方單方提出調(diào)整乙方待遇和工作崗位而導(dǎo)致的離職。利益條款包括獵頭費的百分比、預(yù)付款和付款時間,這些都是雙方都很關(guān)注的利益條款,需要雙方談判協(xié)商解決。
